3 steps to build a custom branded uniform for your team!

In business your team needs to look professional and feel united. A custom branded uniform brings your team together, creates a professional first impression and - when your staff are out and about - promotes your brand.

With so many options, you might not know where to start when building a custom branded uniform. We’ve put together this 3-step guide to help!

1. Select your garments

The first step to your uniform is selecting your garments.

There are a few important considerations that should guide your garment selections, including; industry regulations, brand colours, comfort, style and durability to name a few!

Check out our blog: 5 things to consider when designing a uniform for your employees for more on these considerations.

2. Provide your logo or artwork that you’d like applied

Next, you need to prepare your logo/artwork for garment printing.

Generally, most businesses that come to us already have their logo or artwork in mind, but if not, our in-house designers can work their magic!

If you already have your logo or artwork ready to go then all you need to do is simply send it through to us as an eps. File. If you need us to design something for you, our designers will require a bit of direction from you, as well as, final approval once they have whipped something up.

3. Choose your branding application

Lastly, you need to consider how you’d like your branding or artwork applied to your garments.

Screen-printing and embroidery are the two most common application types – both of which have a unique finish and their own benefits.

So, which is best for your uniforms? This depends on a few variables including; your garments, your logo size and complexity, and your budget.

Whatever you choose, we have all the machinery and resources to brand your garments right here in-house, making for great quality control and fast turn-around!
