A bit big around the waist

I am very happy with the pants. I bought the same pair in a royal blue a few months ago. My only complaint is that they keep coming down - just a bit, but i am forever hitching them up. I wish they had belt loops or were smaller on the waist. I dont think i could take a smaller size or they would be too tight on the hips. I dont have big hips and i always tale a size 8 in pants.
